Our Guarantee

100% TWO (2) YEAR PERENNIAL PLANT GUARANTEE

Our nursery stock will thrive if properly handled, planted, and good “after care” is provided (watering & fertilizing etc.). Failure to provide adequate care will render your guarantee null and void.

Please call our office for advice if your plant begins to suffer after planting. You can also email a digital photo to info@botanybayplants.com for us to try and diagnose the problem.

• SHRUBS ARE NOT INCLUDED in our two-year guarantee. This guarantee applies only to our nursery stock
  of assorted perennial plants.

• We will replace a plant once with a credit note (NO CASH REFUNDS). Credit notes will be issued on any plant that dies
  while guaranteed, subject to the presentation of the dead plant and your invoice.

• NO INVOICE/ NO PLANT = NO GUARANTEE, NO EXCEPTIONS
  

• When using a credit note to purchase a plant, if the new plant is of greater value than the credit note, only the difference
  will be guaranteed.
  

• Products purchased receiving our Volume Discount Rebate are eligible for all applicablenfull value guarantees.
  Sale items are guaranteed for value paid only.

• Our plants are guaranteed for two (2) full years.
  

• This guarantee does not apply to ANY PLANTS LEFT IN CONTAINERS OVER WINTER.
  

• This two (2) year guarantee does not apply to damage or death caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, vandalism, negligence, or acts of a person, animal, or is attributable to an insect or disease.

• This guarantee includes pro rata delivery fee credit (only if applicable).
