Price List:
Prices in our price lists are based on information available at the time of publication. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, prices, sizes and availability are subject to change without notice. Quotations are based on information available at that time and are also subject to change without notice. Taxes are extra where applicable.
Product Availability Report (coming soon):
We know inventory availability is critical to your success. Our inventory management system will be updated in real time to give you full visibility into what we have available at any given time. We will generate a weekly Product Availability Report which will be available to view on our website and via PDF file download at www.botanybayplants.com once you register with us. Please call Corey Rivers at (647) 285-1453 or email him at coreyrivers@botanybayplants.com for help in securing a website Username and Password. We will also email you our weekly Product Availability Report at your request.
Placing an Order:
We offer 3 convenient ways to place an order:
1. Online order entry at www.botanybayplants.com
2. Download our order form (coming soon) and return to our office by fax, or scan your completed form
and email to info@botanybayplants.com
3. Call our office at (519) 780-1599 to have one of our customer service staff assist you.
Holding Policy:
Your selected nursery stock can be held for future pick-up or delivery with a 20% deposit, or for 24 hours without deposit. Please note that orders can be only be held for up to maximum of 1 week and the 20% deposit fee is non-refundable.
Filling your Order:
Upon receipt of your order, we will issue you an Order Confirmation Report.
Each potted plant container in your order is affixed with a customized weatherproof reference label.
At your request, we will prepare a colour listing summary of all perennials in your order in either printed or PDF downloadable format.
Picking up your Order:
We encourage customers to visit the nursery. Calling or emailing ahead allows us to plan for your visit. Wholesale customers may visit, pick orders, and/or request pickup, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please report to the office so we can have your order ready. If you are coming to pick up an order, please provide 72 hours notice so we can have your order ready
Pick-up Schedule:
• Orders can be picked up by appointment only
• Arrangements can be made to drop off trailers overnight to have orders loaded on and picked up the next day (*a surcharge will be applied for orders placed without 3 days notice)
Delivery of your Order:
All Botany Bay Estate Perennials are sold F.O.B. Moffat, Ontario. However, we will provide delivery service on a fee basis. We have a graduated scale for delivery charges based on your purchase order that accounts for the delivery distance. For example, we generally tell our clients to budget 8-10% of their total purchase order price for local deliveries.
• There is a minimum delivery charge of $100.00
• If an additional person is required for delivery a surcharge will apply
• Due to rising fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be included in a delivery charge at anytime, without notice
• While we will try and accommodate next day orders, 3 days notice is required for any delivery service
Refund Policy
Live plants are only returnable for a plant material credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Live plants can be returned for exchange or plant material credit WITHIN ONE WEEK after the pick-up/delivery date. Plants being returned or exchanged MUST be in their original container.
ANY SPECIAL SALES EVENTS are for a limited time only and we regret that no discounts will be given
before or retroactively after the sale. No Rain Checks available. There is no return on sale items. |
